$1.2Million Worth of Suspected Cocaine Found In Grand Bahama

GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Suspected cocaine, with an estimated street value of $1.2 million, was seized early Saturday morning.

Officers from the Royal Bahamas Police Force, along with partners from the Drug Enforcement Unit and Customs Department, seizing some 205 pounds of suspected cocaine on Grand Bahama. 

Officer-in-Charge of the Northern Division, Assistant Commissioner of Police Shanta Knowles credits good communication and execution with the find at the Freeport Container Port.
