NASSAU, BAHAMAS – One-hundred-and-nine new recruits join the Royal Bahamas Defence Force after completing a rigorous 16-week training course.

The recruits put their skills on display during the Passing Out ceremony at the RBDF Coral Harbour Base, Friday morning.

During Friday’s ceremony, the recruits showcased physical fitness, military drills and band skills.

The training course included modules in navigation, seamanship, weapons handling, the Defence Act and regulations, military martial arts, firefighting and communications.
