18-Month Sentence for Jamaican Man Charged Who Pleads Guilty In Drug Case

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 42-year-old Jamaican man will spend the next 18 months behind bars after he admitted to having 41 pounds of marijuana with intent to supply.

Sniff Steve Fong Lee will spend an extra six months in custody if he doesn’t pay a $15,000.

Police arrested Lee after they found the drugs in his Kim’s Crescent home on August 14.

Lee pleaded guilty at his arraignment before Raquel Whyms.
