NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Government signed a $25 million Heads of Agreement with Sampson Cay Retreat Limited that will pave the way for construction of a unique high-end, low-impact resort on Big Sampson Cay in the Exumas.

Prime Minister Philip Davis described the project “a promising new development for Exuma.”

The project will present a customer experience focused on Bahamian culture, environmental sustainability and experiential learning.
