$500K Plus Spent On Rand Lab Renovations

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – More than $500,000 was spent to upgrade the country’s morgue at the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Renovations to the morgue, otherwise known as the Rand Lab, began a year ago and were done in three phases.

While at the official blessing ceremony, Minister of Health Dr. Michael Darville was happy to report the work was done on time.

Public Hospital’s Authority Managing Director Aubynette Rolle explained why the upgrades are not only important for staff to work in, but for family members who come to see their loved ones.
