NASSAU, BAHAMAS – With sultry music playing, light hors d’oeuvres being served and dozens of guests filling the room: The Current, ECCHO Art Gallery served as the perfect location for the grand reveal of the highly anticipated campaign between Baha Mar and the Bahamas National Trust  – a special video presentation that gave members insight as to how the partnership will look like in the future.

Director of Development for the Bahamas National Trust Clementra McCoy, explains why the flamingo is the center of the campaign.

The messaging intertwines the origin story of the BNT with the present partnership with Baha Mar.

It also welcomes prospects to join the organization’s existing 2,000 plus global membership base.

BNT Executive Director Lakeshia Anderson-Rolle told me their goal is to grow that number to 5,000.

Baha Mar President Graeme Davis and Conservation Manager O’neal Leadon pledged the resort’s commitment in assisting the BNT.

“We feel that it’s so important to ensure that we minimize the footprint we have here at Baha Mar that we do everything we can to help in the community the culture and of course conservation and that means supporting the Bahamas National Trust and we have been since day one giving back to the Bahamas National Trust not just in financial ways but through volunteerism with our five thousand associates wIth our guest.”
