NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 15-year-old boy made his first appearance in the Magistrate’s Court charged with the murder of Javaughn Deveaux on December 7.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 15-year-old boy made his first appearance in the Magistrate’s Court charged with the murder of Javaughn Deveaux on December 7.
The teen, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was not required to enter a plea when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr.
Bail was denied and the accused is next due in court on April 7 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
Deveaux, also 15, was found dead with head injuries through a track road off Gladston Road.
