GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Jimmy’s Wines & Spirits and Bahamian Brewery proudly took centre stage at the Bahamas National Trust’s (BNT) 30th annual Festival Noël, reaffirming their longstanding commitment to culture, community, and conservation on Grand Bahama. As major sponsors of the BNT’s signature holiday fundraiser, Jimmy’s and Sands played a pivotal role in making this year’s sold-out event one of the most memorable to date.

Festival Noël, Grand Bahama’s original wine, art, and culinary celebration—officially rings in the Christmas season each year, and this year’s fundraising efforts will help funding for the island’s three national parks: The Rand Nature Centre, Lucayan National Park, and Peterson Cay National Park. This year, Jimmy’s elevated the guest experience with its most expansive selection yet of international wines, sparkling offerings, craft spirits, and local brews.

“We’re always so excited to participate in Festival Noël! It is an important event to Jimmy’s Wines & Spirits because it gives us an opportunity to connect with the locals from Freeport, the home of our Brewery and where we make Sands Beer,” said Angela Moss, Brand Manager for Jimmy’s Wines & Spirits and Festival Noël organiser for the company.

Moss added, “The night was amazing—it was one of the largest crowds I’ve seen in the past four years. We expanded our wine offerings per country to showcase new items like AIX Rosé, Bread + Butter, Unshackled, and Meiomi. Of course, we continued our spirits booth featuring St-Rémy, a Festival Noël staple, and added The Busker Irish Whiskey and Disaronno this year. And naturally, our Sands Beer booth was front and center.”

Attendees raved about the atmosphere and beverage selections, with many noting that the offerings from Jimmy’s and Sands have become a highlight of the event. Christine Russell, a Canadian resident who has attended Festival Noël for the past 10 years, shared: “I, like most Grand Bahamians, look forward to Festival Noël. This year there was a fantastic variety of wines, bubbles, and specialty cocktails for the holiday season! Jimmy’s staff was always smiling and enjoying the event too.”

The Bahamas National Trust (BNT), organizers of Festival Noël, emphasized the essential role Jimmy’s Wines & Spirits and Bahamian Brewery play in ensuring the event’s continued success.

“We are deeply grateful to all of our sponsors this year, and extend a special thank you to the Jimmy’s and Bahamian Brewery team, for helping to bring the cheer to our event,” said Lakeshia Anderson, BNT Executive Director. “Festival Noel was well attended, and much of that success is thanks to the generosity of the Bahamian Brewery family. Their donations helped us make this event affordable and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate thier support.”
