Police I.D. Sea Breeze Drowning Victim
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Thirteen-year-old Kennesly Samuel Elias of Nassau Village is the child who allegedly drowned in the Sea Breeze Canal three days ago.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Thirteen-year-old Kennesly Samuel Elias of Nassau Village is the child who allegedly drowned in the Sea Breeze Canal three days ago.
It was shortly after 3:00 pm on Tuesday when police say a group of children were swimming in the canal when the suspected drowning happened.
This latest incident follows another child drowning in a pond in Yellow Elder.
Police later identified the boy as 11-year-old Geordo Taylor Jr., whose mother has since denied criminal responsibility in her son’s death. Stephanie Hanna who is out on bail, is facing up to two years in prison if convicted of cruelty to children.
