Man Denied Bail In Child Pornography Case
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – 28-year-old Henry Bethel Jr. is behind bars, accused of posting obscene videos involving a 16-year-old girl.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – 28-year-old Henry Bethel Jr. is behind bars, accused of posting obscene videos involving a 16-year-old girl.
Prosecutors allege Bethel shared the videos on WhatsApp and Facebook on April 7th.
He was not required to enter a plea during his first court appearance before acting chief magistrate Ancella Evans. Bail was denied.
Bethel is expected back in court on August 6 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
