NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man has been jailed for 15 years for attempted murder after he went to his ex-girlfriend’s job and stabbed her multiple times.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man has been jailed for 15 years for attempted murder after he went to his ex-girlfriend’s job and stabbed her multiple times.
35-year-old Leslie Ferguson went to the Baha Mar resort where the woman worked as a housekeeper and stabbed her in the back on November 4, 2024.
He was detained by the hotel’s security and later arrested by the police.
Ferguson took a plea deal when he appeared Justice Renae Mckay.
He will receive credit for the time spent on remand.
