NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An Acklins man who sent an obscene photo to a teen girl has avoided a one-month jail sentence for indecent exposure.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An Acklins man who sent an obscene photo to a teen girl has avoided a one-month jail sentence for indecent exposure.
42-year-old Kipling Bullard admitted the offense at his arraignment before Magistrate Abigail Farrington and was ordered to pay a $100 fine to avoid spending jail time.
On July 15, Bullard sent an indecent photo of himself to a 15-year-old girl.
He was arrested and charged after the teen’s mother made a complaint to the police.
