NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An accused killer has been granted $30,000 bail after a judge ruled he is not a flight risk.

Prosecutors say 22-year-old Shamar Moss killed Torry Henfield and tried to kill Crawford Hanna during a shooting at a Freeport nightclub on December 25, 2021.

Justice Andrew Forbes, however, imposed strict bail conditions on Moss.

Before he is released from custody, Moss has to surrender his travel documents to the court.

While on bail, Moss has to wear an ankle bracelet, keep a curfew and check with police twice a week.
