NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Serial groper Sidney Cooper accused of re-offending after police say he flashed a woman on Christmas Eve.

Prosecutors say the 47-year-old pushed his penis through the 34-year-old woman’s chain link fence at Fifth Street, Coconut Grove and called her over.

Cooper denied the indecent exposure charge at his arraignment before Senior Magistrate Kara Turnquest-Deveaux.

The prosecutor objected to bail, citing Cooper extensive rap sheet for indecent assault.

He was granted $3,000 bail and the matter was adjourned to February 19. However, it’s understood that Cooper was remanded after his bail was not signed.

Cooper was released from prison in August after serving time for indecent assault.

He was placed on the sexual offenders’ registry.
