GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The Grand Bahama International Airport has had its share of challenges and Grand Bahamians have been asking when will they get a proper facility? The Tourism and Aviation Minister revealing more will be done.

Grand Bahama international airport has been operating out of a temporary facility since the passage of Hurricane Dorian.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism and Aviation Chester Cooper says more will be revealed soon adding that the government has not yet selected a preferred private partner out of the three interested parties.

But he says progress is underway at the international airport.

Now, the Deputy Prime Minister also says he will be giving an update on the sale of the Grand Lucayan Hotel later this week.
