NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Some Grand News for Grand Bahama this week as Solomon’s officially opened their doors Downtown, Freeport. The project is significant for Grand Bahama as it seeks to revive the downtown community that was once a thriving area. The CEO of AML Foods who says Grand Bahamians will benefit greatly from the new store.

The new Solomons is worth over 4 million dollars. The project that employees a large number of Bahamians is viewed as the rebirth of the downtown community. CEO of AML Foods Garvin Watchorn says AML is pleased to have been able to invest into Downtown, Freeport.

And he says he hopes this investment encourages other neighboring businesses in a positive way.

And as it relates to inflation, the CEO admits that it’s challenging but he and his team have been managing it.
