NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Audiences are in for a treat as Woman Take Two goes for another blockbuster performance on the Dundas stage.

The popular play written by the late Telcine Turner-Rolle is a hilarious tale of love, deception, ambition and good ole Bahamian life.

Set in New province in a pre-independent Bahamas, it is still as relevant today as it was when first written.

The very ambitious main character, Lionel Joseph, provides audiences with the realities of being Haitian in a Bahamas where “his kind” are not necessarily seen as equal.

Now more than 50 years old behind the comedic characters, witty lines, and hilarious scenes there are some sobering themes, reminders of the social divide that exists.
