NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Fifty-seven-year-old Torsten Wilhem Hendrick of Germany is the man killed on Andros, Wednesday.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Kenwood Taylor telling Our News that police are following positive leads.

During that incident on Wednesday, police say three men, all Germans were outside their vacation home when a masked gunman approached as they tried to get inside. The suspect opened fire, hitting two of them.

The shooter fled and the victims were taken to the local clinic.

Hendrick was pronounced dead and the other shooting victim was airlifted to New Providence.

Police also officially identifying several recent homicide victims.

Police say 42-year-old Patrice Sawyer as the woman who was gunned down early Monday morning in front of her home on Johnson Road.

Just a day before, 32-year-old Andrew Burrows and 27-year-old Lakeithra Stubbs were killed on Sunday after two men armed with a high-powered weapon fired several shots at a crowd in the Rockcrusher area.

Two others were wounded during the incident.

Then on Saturday 45-year-old Fred Lafaithe was fatally shot by men in a small Japanese vehicle, fatally wounding him. That incident happening on Sixth Street, Coconut Grove.
