NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The son of anti-crime activist Eric Fox will remain behind bars after a judge denied him bail to preserve public order.

Garron Fox, 28, of Gambier Road,  has been in prison since November 11 when he 3as charged with conspiracy to commit the murder of Eddie miller, who was ambushed and killed by masked gunmen on September outside of a shop on Cowpen Road.

Prosecutors allege that Fox planned the murder along with his first cousin, mitchell fox, who was charged with the plot and the murder last month.
