Dad Accused of Sex Crime with His Teen

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A father who allegedly made his 16-year-old masturbate at gunpoint while he took photos of the act had arrest warrant cancelled after showing up to court late on Tuesday. 

The 44-year-old man, whose name has been withheld to protect the child’s identity, was initially expected to appear before the chief magistrate.

He eventually appeared before Magistrate Shaka Serville for his trial on charges of cruelty to children, assault with a deadly weapon, production of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

Prosecutors allege the man put a gun to the child’s head and forced her to perform the sex acts at his home in April 6, 2022.

The child was removed from the home after authorities learned of the allegations.
