NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas Association of Certified Officials in Track and Field (BACOITF) paid a courtesy call on Governor General Cynthia “Mother” Pratt, as part of the organisation’s ongoing 50th anniversary celebrations.

Bahamas Athletics extends heartfelt congratulations to BACOITF on reaching this historic milestone.

For five decades, BACOITF has played an integral role in upholding the standards of fairness, accuracy, and professionalism in Bahamian track and field officiating.

The association will culminate its golden jubilee celebration with a 50th Anniversary Awards Gala on Saturday, November 1, 2025.

The event will honour the legacy, dedication, and contributions of the men and women who have faithfully served the sport over the years.
