NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas Football Association is hosting a soccer festival this Saturday in Savannah Sound, Eleuthera. 

Starting at 2pm, the event will feature free skills training, a couple of exhibition matches, a chance for local kids to meet soccer coaches and the best part about it is that it’s free to all participants. 

Players of all skill levels are welcome. 

So if you’re in Eleuthera and you’re enthusiastic about the game, head over to Savannah Sound. 

Basketball

In the NBA, Deandre Ayton had a double-double with 18 points and 17 rebounds as his Portland Trailblazers beat the Houston Rockets in overtime 137 to 13.

Klay Thompson had 24 points as his Golden State Warriors beat the Atlanta Hawks 134 to 112.

In the NCAA, Deyton Albury had 18, 6 and 6 as he led his Queens University Royals to a win over Central Arkansas 96-79.
