KINGSTON, JAMAICA – “Considerably strong” are the words used by Bahamas Honorary Consul Alveta Adderley-Knight to describe the relationship between The Bahamas and Jamaica.

There is mutual and equal support on issues like climate change, migration, tourism, international financial matters just to name a few.

And after serving in the post for ten years, Adderly doesn’t see the relationship changing anytime soon.

She says there is lots we can learn from Jamaica especially when it comes to food sustainability.

And dialogue has started on the issue.
