NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has denied bail to a man accused of a drive-by shooting in Eleuthera last year.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has denied bail to a man accused of a drive-by shooting in Eleuthera last year.
Prosecutors allege that 29-year-old Rashad Albury attempted to murder Dawson Alcira and had a firearm with the intention of endangering his life.
The charges stem from a November 22, 2024 shooting at North Eleuthera.
Justice Neil Brathwaite refused bail to Albury to prevent him from interfering with the witnesses in the tight-knit community.
