Bail Revoked for American Charged with Murder Conspiracy
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – American housewife Lindsay Shiver and her Bahamian lover Terance Bethel are back in prison after a judge revoked their bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – American housewife Lindsay Shiver and her Bahamian lover Terance Bethel are back in prison after a judge revoked their bail.
Prosecutors sought to have the pair remanded to prison after they discussed the case on Good Morning America, prompting fears that their actions would prejudice the case.
Prosecutors say Shiver and Bethel planned to murder her estranged husband Robert Shiver last July.
A third suspect in the case, Faron Newbold Jr, remains free on bail.
