Owner and lead instructor at Bowflex Barbie Fitness, Dekel Quant, sharing some helpful advice about started and staying safe during the extreme summer temperatures.

Now if you plan to begin, or continue on your fitness journey this summer, quant has this advice to stay comfortable and safe during the hotter weather.

And with temperatures soaring this summer, working out can be particularly draining. Quant says replenishment and hydration are key.

She also advices to stay alert to the signs your body gives you. Particularly when it comes to dehydration or exhaustion.
