Body Of Missing Jet Ski Operator, 25 Year Old Dishon Russell, Recovered
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – This morning, there was a tragic end to search and rescue efforts for missing jet ski operator Dishon Russell.
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – This morning, there was a tragic end to search and rescue efforts for missing jet ski operator Dishon Russell. Police confirmed that his body was discovered just after 9 a.m. Shortly before the discovery, the victim’s mother, Sanika Rolle, issued an impassioned plea for help to find her 25-year-old son.
Local boater William Gardiner and his cousin arrived at Coral Beach to assist with search and rescue efforts. Gardiner reported that they did not have to search long before making the gruesome discovery. Gardiner noted that the body already showed signs of decomposition.
Gardiner stressed the importance of wearing life vests anytime one is out in open waters.
