NASSAU, BAHAMAS – For Pastor Manasseh Simms, leading his Seventh-Day Adventist congregation is an interesting experience and requires balancing.

He says his congregation consists of different nationalities and people of all ages so how does he bring it all together?

Simms has been pastoring the Parkgate Road Church for three years.

He also oversees the Exuma district of Seventh-Day Adventist churches.

While it may look like a daunting task, Simms says he loves it.

He says striking the right balance means keeping the responsibility of leading a group of people according to godly principles while showing them the reality of Christianity.

Personally, Simms doesn’t find it hard to balance pastoring with his daily life. He had this to say to up-and-coming pastors.
