GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Managing Director of Balearia Caribbean Mario Otero assessing the 2023 summer period for the company.
The vessel that services the islands of Grand Bahama and Bimini has seen thousands of passengers during this period.
Despite the economic challenges in Grand Bahama, he says the support has been great for residents.
And as for the next quarter, the managing director confirming this is now their “slow” period as many return to school and work.
However he admits that September is a difficult time for the company as it is the peak of the hurricane season.
