GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Meet Camden Green, a fifth-grade student from Walter Parker Primary School, who captured the title at the recent district spelling bee in Grand Bahama.

With over forty participants in the bee, Camden recounts the challenging yet rewarding experience of mastering numerous difficult words.

As for the keys to his success, Camden said this.

Camden attributes his victory to his dedicated coaches. One of them, Anastasia Clarke, a fifth-grade teacher, who told us about Camden’s commitment and diligence ultimately made him the spelling bee champ!

Camden’s parents express their pride in his well-rounded abilities, highlighting his prowess in sports alongside his academic achievements. 

They say his win was simply a proud family moment.
