GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – During his sermon, Canon Norman Lightbourne told members of the judiciary, judicial officers and members of The Bahamas’ Bar that there has to be a way to save more of our young men.
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – During his sermon, Canon Norman Lightbourne told members of the judiciary, judicial officers and members of The Bahamas’ Bar that there has to be a way to save more of our young men.
He said too many of them reside at the prison.
Canon Lightbourne’s comments came during the Opening of the Legal Year in Grand Bahama.
