NASSAU, BAHAMAS – There was insufficient evidence to continue investigations in the case against Minister of Transport and Housing Jobeth Coleby-Davis so the case is now closed.

Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander following up on his commitment to update the media on the status of the investigation into Coleby-Davis.

Police were looking into allegations that Transport and Housing Minister Jobeth Coleby-Davis allegedly struck an officer with her car.
