NASSAU, BAHAMAS – They say summer bodies are made in the winter. So, now is the time to get started on your fitness goals! On Shirley Street, just at the front of J-line Fitness, comes Sacred N Fit Bootcamps. Founder and trainer, McDonald Jean-Louis started the fitness program back in 2020. He says his goal is to nuture the whole man, mentally, spiritually, and of course, physically.

Coach Mick says when he returned to The Bahamas in 2019, he realized there was a need for a unique form of fitness.

And what exactly is that type of energy? 

And if you’re ready to make that commitment, the Nassau location of Sacred N Fit offers classes at 5 a.m., 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
