NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Remember Chef JJ Johnson? For almost a year, he’s been a vibrant presence in the local culinary scene, hosting numerous events with Atlantis Bahamas.

Now, the award-winning chef has taken an exciting leap, officially opening his first international location at the resort, the highly acclaimed “Field Trip” from New York.

Focused on the simple art of rice, the resort’s Vice President of Food & Beverage operations Charles Colebrooke tells us they are thrilled about this new venture.

With local employees even taking a trip to New York to meet the international team.
