Chuck Norris, Macho Star Of ‘Walker, Texas Ranger’, Dies At 86

UNITED STATES – Chuck Norris, the Martial Arts champion and action film star best known for Walker, Texas Ranger and movies like The Delta Force and Missing In Action, has died at the age of 86.

His family says Norris died Thursday surrounded by loved ones, after being hospitalized in Hawaii.

A six-time undefeated world professional middleweight karate champion., Norris starred in more than two dozen films and became a pop culture icon., later gaining new fame online through viral “Chuck Norris facts.”

From 1993 to 2001, he also starred as Cordell Walker in the hit tv series Walker, Texas Ranger., helping define the tough-guy action hero era of the 1980s and 90s.
