Prosecutors said 24-year-old Terrance Gilbert II, whose stage name is Khing Kloud, on March 24, 2022, secretly recorded a woman while she performed oral sex on him.

On May 5, 2022,  Gilbert allegedly leaked the sex tape in order to defame the woman.

He was granted $3,500 bail. Gilbert next returns to court on November 29 for the start of his trial.
