Commonwealth Leaders Say ‘Time Has Come’ for Reparations Talks
SAMOA – At the close of their week-long summit in Samoa, Commonwealth leaders on Saturday called for a discussion on whether Britain should commit to reparations for its involvement in the transatlantic slave trade.
