NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander said the matter involving Minister of Housing and Transport Jobeth Coleby-Davis is still “under active investigation.”

He said he is going to make a statement on the matter “very soon.”

Back in May, an officer alleged that Coleby-Davis injured his leg with her car after not letting her pass at the carnival road march.

Former Commissioner Paul Rolle said in June that the matter had been forwarded to the Complaints Unit within the Royal Bahamas Police Force.
