NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A coroner’s jury has ruled that Evan Fox was murdered and did not take his own life.

Fox’s body was found in his Dodge Ram Truck in bushes off Frank Watson Boulevard on April 29, 2024, two days after he had been reported missing.

A shotgun was nearby, and police initially suspected suicide.

However, physical evidence showed that it was unlikely that Fox pulled the trigger.

According to firearms expert, Inspector Harrington Curry, the shooter was likely 10 feet away.

Pathologist Dr. Caryn Sands also said that there was no evidence that Fox was shot in the chest at close range.

A coroner’s jury does not find criminal or civil liability.

The case file will now be sent back to the police for further investigation.
