NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Haitians seeking to illegally migrate are using Cuban waters to move to the United States, as trans-national criminal smuggling rings are operating in the region, according to Royal Bahamas Defense Force Commodore Dr. Raymond King.

Commodore King says he believes the Defence Force has a strategy that works, despite not having all the resources.
