NASSAU, BAHAMAS – There are seven men on the Our TV team who are also fathers and while the job demands long hours they say finding the balance is key.

We will hear from three of them who say it’s all worth it in the end.

Striking that balance between work and fatherhood isn’t an easy feat but the fathers of Our News say it’s all worth it.

When asked to describe balancing fatherhood and the demands of news and television they all say it’s tough.

These dads say the goal is to make time for their children despite having a tough and demanding schedule.

Anthony Black is a Senior Editor at Our News. During the demanding times when he was a news camerman, he says his family has been a strong support system.

Then there’s Terrence Colebrook, he’s a 25-year-old father of a four-year-old son, Zane.

The Our News cameraman says finding the balance was a bit of a task.

Despite the difficult times, they all have found the balance between work and home and now share this with fathers who may find themselves in a similar situation.
