NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has put off a decision until November 12 on whether to grant bail to viral content creator Elias Fritz who is facing multiple charges.

Fritz, who is known on TikTok as JaidoWorld, is facing charges of attempted murder, attempted armed robbery, and possession of a firearm and ammunition stemming from an August 11 incident.

Prosecutors allege that officers on patrol saw Fritz driving a white Nissan Cube along Robinson Road without headlights.

Fritz allegedly refused to stop when ordered to by the police and his passengers allegedly opened fire on officers.

The ensuing high-speed chase ended when the suspects crashed into a utility pole on Eastern Road. Police recovered an assault rifle from the car.

Fritz and his accomplices are also accused of shooting a taxi-driver when they allegedly tried to rob him of his Honda Odyssey van.

Fritz earned viral fame on TikTok after a tourist posted a video of him mixing drinks at the TikiHut on Junkanoo Beach.

His capitalized on his popularity by landing a modeling contract with Bahari and other online promotions.
