GRAND BAHAMA , BAHAMAS – Earlier this week in The Grander View, you were told about the many investment opportunities available in the city of Freeport.

They range from residential lots to acres of commercial land, and our Megan Shepherd spoke one-on-one with a sales counselor about how you can make your dream property a reality.

The island of Grand Bahama is approximately 530 square miles and 230 of those square miles fall within the area known as the Port.

You could be the next owner of prime property within the meticulously planned city.

Sales Counselor at the Grand Bahama Development Company, Lakeisha Johnson said that from canal living, to beachfront, quiet communities or near the city center, there’s something for every prospective buyer.

Aligning potential investors with their dream properties also requires aligning budgets.

Johnson said that there are several in-house initiatives designed to make the purchasing process affordable and attainable.
