When a highly touted recruit heads to the top ranked team in the nation – it comes along with lofty expectations.

AJ Storr’s transition to the Kansas Jayhawks continues to be an ongoing process. Storr had just five points in the Jayhawks’ season opening win over Howard.

In exhibition play he had eight points against Arkansas and eight points against Washburn.

Storr, one of the top junior transfers in the country, was named to the Julius Erving Small Forward of The Year watch list and was one of three Jayhawks players named to the Naismith Trophy Player of The Year watch list.

Jayhawks Head Coach Bill Self said Storr has had early issues balancing aggression and timing.
