UNITED STATES – An E. Coli outbreak linked to onions on McDonald’s quarter pounders has sickened at least 104 people across 14 states, with 34 hospitalized and one death reported in Colorado, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

The outbreak was traced back to slivered onions from Taylor Farms.

McDonald’s says it has since secured a new supplier.
