NASSAU, BAHAMAS – We’re just days away from the Boxing Day Junkanoo parades, and the B-groups are bringing their A-game!
Tonight we take a look at the Fancy Dancers plans for the big day on Bay.
One of the group leaders of the Fancy Dancers, Anton Thompson says they’ve been working on major improvements within the group this year, particularly to their brass section.
Thompson saying no matter how hard things get, a priority of the group is always keeping the organization together for the next generation.
Thompson himself has been with the fancy dancers since the age of seven, younger than his son Emmanuel Thompson, who helped inspire the group’s theme for this Boxing Day parade.
