NASSAU, BAHAMAS – This neighbor who wanted to remain anonymous says 27-year-old Carlos Joseph, had just arrived home with his two daughters including 8 month infant and a 6-year-old girl when gun fire erupted.

He says he witnessed the entire thing on his home camera.

I also went to the home where the victim lived for nearly two years, with his girlfriend and family. A relative inside the home declined to comment on camera but did say the two children in the car were unharmed and safe.

The concerned resident is calling for the communities to come together to tackle crime.

While in the community, I ran into area MP Leroy Major who expressed concern for what appears a spike in crime in his constituency.
