Fifty-Seven-Year-Old Man Arraigned for Raping Nine-Year-Old Boy

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 57-year-old man is behind bars accused of raping a nine-year-old boy.

Prosecutors say Dwight Belle molested the child on September 7 and gave him a dollar.

Belle didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor of the same sex when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.

Bail was denied and Belle’s back in court on February 11 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
