NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Civil Aviation Authority has given Flamingo Air the green light to resume flights. Flamingo’s planes were grounded last week after a viral video that showed their aircraft door ladder hanging open mid-flight.

Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority Devard Francis says the airline satisfied their inspection.

Francis confirmed that the pilots on that potentially dangerous flight have been suspended.

He says throughout the weekend, the airline was grounded and not operating.
