Former PM Officially Launches Book

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The nation’s second Prime Minister, Hubert Alexander Ingraham, officially launching his volume one of his trilogy of books.

Former Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham says although he was initially reluctant to write these novels, he believed it important to document history.

The first book chronicles his speeches and a broad range of subjects including economics, politics and social advancements in the country.

He says he hopes these books inspires generations to come.

Former Prime Minister and law partner to Ingraham, Perry Christie, says he is pleased Ingraham has documented his incredible career.

He says he hopes the telling of Ingraham’s humble beginnings to leader of the nation, acts as inspiration.

Leader of the opposition, Michael Pintard, also in attendance, as many from both sides of the political divide celebrated the book launch.

Pintard says he is excited Ingraham has chronicled the tremendous work he and his administrations have done over the years.
